After several months I went back to check on progress. All the same trails were close making me cross off this destination until it re-opens in July. Too much is closed due to construction in preparation for raising the reservoir level. I did get an answer from a park ranger that waters will not be rising until 2020. Also shown is some needed sunshine from 2 weeks of rain and clouds.
