July 25, 2021 – This park is entirely in a tight canyon that has a thin reservoir down the middle. The water is very low, but it is a beautiful park although very small. It is unlike most Colorado State parks in its location. It’s located in a remote area of Western Colorado. At the time I visited there was some cattle transfer occurring between a group of ranchers.
